How much does a criminal defense attorney cost?

Is a DUI a felony?

How long does an expungement take?

An experienced criminal lawyer should be able to file and serve the expungement petition quickly, usually within one week.  The court usually takes two to four months to approve it.

Recalling a warrant is terminating the warrant and removing it from law enforcement’s database.
